Q: Do I have to be a member to purchase?

A: You don't need to be a member, you can purchase the order directly as a guest.

 

Q: What should I do if I forget my password?

A:You only need to click "Forget Password" on the login page and enter your account number and then send it to us, the system will send a password reset letter to your e-mail address. Click on the reset password link in your e-mail to reset your password.

 

Q:How do I get the QR code after I pay successfully on the website?

A: 1.【Website】Member Center → My Order → Paid → View.

      2.Go to the order contact's mailbox to open a letter and get the QR code sent by the system.

 

Q: Can I change the products after I place an order?

You cannot change the product after purchase. Please go to My Orders (if you are not logged in to place an order, please go to Guest Orders) → Paid → Click "I want a refund" and purchase the desired product again.
