Purchase Notice

In line with the Central Epidemic Command Center's announcement of an appropriate relaxation of control measures, the following epidemic prevention measures have been implemented since July 13rd, 2021, when the opening to the public resumed.

  1. A full reservation system is in place, so please make a reservation online before coming to the museum. Please come to the museum according to your reservation

  2. Please take your body temperature, disinfect your hands, and use the conduct name registration system when you enter the hospital, and wear a mask and keep a social distance of 1.5 meters in the hospital.

  3. No food or drink is allowed. The restaurant will only provide take-away food and beverage in accordance with the opening hours of the museum.

  4. The use of public drinking areas, charging stations and all wearable, interactive and touchscreen display devices will be suspended.

  5. If visitors have fever or other respiratory symptoms, please inform the service staff and they will notify and assist to seek medical treatment.

  6. The current epidemic prevention measures are in accordance with the Central Epidemic Command Center, and any updates will be announced on the official website.

E-ticket purchase notice:

  1. Purchase procedure: 

    1. If you are not a member of this website, you can join the membership in advance (you can register directly by FB, Gmail or by email account); if you are already a member of this website, please click "Login".

    2. Select the product you want to buy → Select the specification → If you are already logged in as a member, please click "Buy Now" / If you are not logged in, you can choose "Guest Purchase" or "Member Purchase".

    3. Fill in the contact information: Name, Email, Phone (please fill in the correct email address, the E-ticket will be sent to this contact email after payment is completed) → Click "I want to pay".

    4. Go to the payment page → After the transaction is successful, it will be automatically directed to "Order Details".

  2. How to present the E-ticket (QR Code):

    1. Log in: 

      • Click the "My Orders" icon in the upper right corner → click the product you want to use → QR Code screen will be displayed

    2. Visitor order: 

      • If you are purchasing from a visitor order, click “Visitor Order” in the upper right corner. 

      • Enter Email/order number, inquiry code, verification code and search 

    3. Or go the mailbox to open the "Payment Notification Letter" (if you do not receive the letter, please go to the "Spam Box" to confirm)

  3. This is an E-ticket (QR Code), no paper ticket will be sent.

  4. The system does not provide the order modification function, if you want to change the number of people, you need to return the ticket and reorder.

  5. The museum will send you an e-newsletter in the future, please inform us if you don’t want us to do so.
